Current Open Position: Technician

Location: Tech Lab, Worthing, UK
Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11 AM – 5 PM
Salary: Competitive (discussed during the interview)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic repairs on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and MacBooks (e.g., screen and battery replacements, diagnostics).
  • Provide excellent customer service in-store and through online platforms.
  • Manage product and service listings on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and our website.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and repair techniques.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Technical experience in smartphone and laptop repairs.
  • Passion for technology and a willingness to learn.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience and a strong work ethic.

Interview Process:
Shortlisted candidates will be required to perform a hands-on repair test to showcase their technical abilities.
