Once we receive your submission, we will send you an email with your repair ticket number, and further information relative to your request.
Or If you place you placed your repair order already , just mention the ticket number.

Terms & Conditions
- If the device has been sent with a different issue than the one is agreed, there is Diagnostic & Postage fees.
- If there are any other issues with the device please let us know.
- If your device has had a previous failed micro-soldering repair attempt, there will be an extra cost.
- If I get your device and it is not just the issue agreed I have to fix, then I might have to charge more for the extra components and time.
- If you need replacement parts (Camera, Screens, etc?) you will be charged extra for these.
- If the repair is complicated it may take longer time, Once fixed and ready we will post it back to you.
- If the device not fixable, diagnostic & postage fees apply.
